Corina Milosoiu • Certified Canine Behaviorist
Creating trusted human-dog relationships through observation, understanding, connection and behavior guidance
Does this sound familiar?
Pulling on the leash
Every walk turns into a tug of war, making it a stressful experience
Reactivity
Barking, lunging or struggling around triggers has become difficult to manage
Fear and insecurity
Sounds, unfamiliar situations, other animals or people are overwhelming
Hyperactive
Your dog seems constantly “on”, struggling to relax and be calm
Behavior tells us something. Let’s understand what your dog is trying to communicate and find a balanced way forward together.
Observe. Understand. Connect.
Each dog has their own story. An aggressive dog can actually be fearful or overstimulated; a puppy destroying the house can be overtired. Before we change anything, we first find out what your dog is actually saying.
Understanding the individual dog
There is no one-size-fits-all. I look at the whole dog, their individual needs, experiences and environment.
In your real life, not a training hall
Sessions happen where the challenges happen, so the guidance fits your everyday world.
Empowering the dog caretaker
Reading body language is a skill. You will learn to recognize your dog’s signals, building clearer two-way communication that lasts.
Ethical focus
No prong or shock collars, or dominance-based methods. Welfare, trust and choice come first.
About me
Hi, I’m Corina, the person behind Dog Perspectives.
I live in The Netherlands with my husband and our rescue dog, Luna. She is the reason why this journey started. Like many dog caretakers, I wanted to understand my own dog and navigate behavior challenges. This interest, combined with my passion for dogs since childhood, led to learning more about why they behave the way they do and what we as humans might be missing.
My other professional life might seem quite different. I have been in IT for 15+ years and currently work as a Solution Architect. The two might seem unrelated, but I actually bring quite a lot from the IT world into my work with dogs. I am used to looking at the bigger picture, analyze what is happening in the background, not make assumptions too quickly and asking “why?” before jumping to a solution.
I take the same approach to canine behavior. What is on the surface is only one part of the story. The individual dog, their experiences, needs, environment and daily life are pieces of that puzzle.
Ultimately, I want to help people understand their dogs better and feel more confident supporting them in everyday life.
And yes, Luna is still teaching me things :)
